SEED Journaling for Perinatal Grief: A Session of the UNM Perinatal Community Partnership ECHO

Seed Journaling is a structured journey of self reflection, a trauma-informed supportive community space, a practice of listening to your inner wisdom, and a method of processing emotions through narrative medicine. Narrative medicine allows us to use our stories and experiences as a tool for processing and transforming.

Seed Journaling Practice is supported by the evidence-based, and sensory Marigolde Way Grief Framework: Warmth, Digestion, Rejuvenation, Pleasure, Ritual

A Seed Journaling session follows a carefully crafted framework:

1. Somatic grounding

2. Text and readings to inspire our journaling

3. Guided journaling with sensory prompts

4. Community sharing and integration

Join Rebecca Servoss and Roshni Kavate, co-founders of Marigolde, a grief wellness platform rooted in storytelling, culture, and ritual for an experiential Seed Journaling session on Perinatal Loss and Grief.
